Seeking to fulfill recommendations in our Comprehensive Plan, since 2018 the Village has been working on creating a public/private partnership for development on under utilized space downtown. The proposed project, Kirby Commons, includes residences, parking and commercial space. As the project’s planning continues, we are providing question and answer sessions for those seeking additional information on the development.
