Voter Registration forms may be obtained at the Town Clerk’s office or  online. Completed forms MUST be sent to the Board of Elections.

Town Clerk's Office is located at 104 Main Street; Mount Kisco, NY 10549
Westchester County, Board of Elections is located at 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601
