Code Complaints


In an effort to make it easier for the public to file a complaint and to enable the Village to more timely respond to quality of life issues, we have established a specific email address for residents to file complaints. Complaints may include, but are not limited to: property maintenance issues, trees, overcrowding, possible illegal apartments, etc. To report a complaint about any Code issues in the Village/Town of Mount Kisco, please email your complaints to the Village's complaint email codecomplaint@mountkiscony.gov. Your complaint will be evaluated and distributed to the appropriate staff responsible for further investigation, and if warranted, appropriate action. Please provide as many details as possible concerning your complaint, and whether or not we can contact you for additional information (you may also choose to remain anonymous). Please also feel free to request a follow-up status on your complaint.
