2021 Camp Iroquois

NOTE: Sign up by May 1st to save on registration fees, but also to lock in your camper going to camp. After May 1st spots will not be guaranteed. 

Welcome to the 2021 Camp Iroquois Day Camp registration and information page. This year, you must complete the below online registration form for your camper(s) to attend camp. This summer we have opened camp up to those going into K-7th grade for the 2021-2022 school year. We plan on offering your camper(s) a traditional day camp while following all health and safety guidelines set up by the Westchester Department of Health. Please follow the link below to complete the "Online" portion of the registration process. Once all forms are filled out, you will be provided with a link to pay through the Village's website. Payment will only be accepted through credit card this summer.

To complete your registration, you must email a copy of your camper(s) immunization records to: camp@mountkiscony.gov.

-All covid-19 policies are listed in the Parent Welcome Packet. Please note that the Department of Health may change their policies for how we may run camp. Any updated information will be listed on this page and clearly marked as an update. The health and safety of your camper(s) is out top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure that. 

Additional Camp Forms (If applicable):
Medication Permission Slip - please complete this form if your camper(s) need to take any medications while attending day camp. Place the medication (in its original packaging) in a zip-lock bag with their name on the outside and place the permission slip inside the bag. Hand to the camp director on the first day of camp.

Epi-Pen Permission Slip - please complete this form if your camper(s) need to carry an Epi-Pen while attending day camp. Place the Epi-Pen (in its original packaging) in a zip-lock bag with their name on the outside and place the permission slip inside the bag. Hand to the camp director on the first day of camp.
