2023 CAMP INFORMATION

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
(See Spring Brochure for dates and times for each camp on page 4)
1) Fill out 'Registration Form' fully
2) Print out full immunization records from campers doctor
3) Bring paperwork to recreation department
4) Pay with cash, check or credit card in person
5) If mailing in forms; check must accompany forms. Payable to: Mount Kisco Recreation
6) Medication or Epi-Pen forms must be dropped off a week before camp with medication
7) No spots will be reserved without full payment
8) Ask all questions prior to submitting forms
DAY CAMP: WAIT LIST ONLY AT THIS TIME
Day Camp dates June 26th - August 11th
Times: 8:30am-3:00pm (Reg. Camp) 3:00-6:00pm (Ext. Day)
Day Camp is for campers going into Kindergarten-6th Grade
